Our Commitment
At EliteJerseyHub, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

Personalized or customized items (including printing of names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

For non-customized items, if the return conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Return Process

Request Authorization: Please first contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item with all original accessories and include a note stating your order number and preference (refund or exchange).

Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address we provide. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer‘s responsibility.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Instructions

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Unless the exchange is due to our error, shipping costs for the return and re-shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
